All KYRA-Lifestyle products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects and product faults under normal and intended usage.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Products purchased second-hand or not directly from KYRA-Lifestyle.com.
  • Normal wear and tear.

All warranty claims require valid proof of purchase and are subject to inspection and verification.

Conditions:

The guarantee applies only to verified manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of the device.

The guarantee does not apply where the device is functioning normally but the customer finds it unsuitable or changes their mind.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Photo or video evidence may be required. If verification is not possible remotely, the product may be required to be returned for inspection.

If a defect is confirmed, a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be issued to the original payment method.

If no defect is found after inspection, the product will be returned to the customer.

For bundled or multi-unit products, refunds will apply only to the defective component based on the invoiced value of that component.
